Dianne D. Murphy is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Cofrin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She earned a PhD in Organizations and Strategic Management (Organizational Behavior) from the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee in May, 2017. She also holds an M.B.A. with a focus on leadership from UW-Milwaukee, and a B.A. in psychology from St. Norbert College. Her research interests include diversity, entrepreneurship, culture, identity, mentoring, and international business. She has published in Personnel Psychology and the Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies. Murphy has demonstrated strong teaching in a diverse array of topics, including Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Diversity in Organizations, Operations Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning and Control. She has won multiple research and teaching awards and brings over 20 years of multi-level industry experience into her research and classrooms.
